I have been looking for a long time to have someone to work with. Someone would show up and we would do a few things together and nothing bigger would materialize. It just wasn't quite right. Last year I did some new coach training and Lynne, another coach from Vancouver also signed up for this training. The training work brought us together as buddy coaches and we had an opportunity to learn about each other at a deep level. Lynne and I are complements to each other in personality style, business backgrounds and natural talents. Collaborating together has been easy and fun. Having a partner to collaborate with inspires me and supports me to be even more creative. I feel like I am now working with a bigger purpose in mind.
